Professional Website Design: Up to 4 custom pages.
Domain Name: A .com domain of your choice (subject to availability).
Premium Web Hosting: Powered by our partners at SiteGround.
Business Email: Up to 5 professional email accounts (Powered by SiteGround).
SSL Certificate: For website security and trust.
Validity: The $150 fixed price covers all the above services for 1 full year. After 365 days, standard annual renewals for the domain, hosting, and SSL will apply to keep your website live.
3. Delivery Guarantees & Timelines We guarantee your website will be live within 168 hours (7 days).
Important: This 7-day timeline strictly begins only after you have submitted the complete content, images, and data required for your site. Delays in providing your content will pause the delivery clock.
4. Payment & Pricing Terms
Fixed Pricing: The cost is exactly $150. We operate on a strict “No Coupon / No Voucher” policy to ensure every client gets our absolute best price, 365 days a year.
Secure Processing: All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We require full payment upfront to initiate the domain registration and hosting setup. We do not store or have access to your full credit card details.
5. Refund Policy Because we incur immediate hard costs to set up your infrastructure (domain registration and premium hosting), our refund policy is straightforward:
Full refunds are available only if requested before we have registered your domain name and initiated the hosting setup.
Once work begins and the infrastructure is purchased on your behalf, refunds are not guaranteed unless the refund is due to our failure to deliver the service.

6. Intellectual Property
All design assets and website content delivered to you are licensed for your personal or business use.
You may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of our proprietary backend code or design frameworks.
We retain the right to showcase the completed website in our professional portfolio unless you explicitly request otherwise.
7. User Responsibilities To ensure a successful project, you agree to:
Provide complete and accurate content for your website promptly.
Communicate respectfully and professionally with our team.
Not misuse our services or SiteGround hosting for any illegal, spam-related, or unethical purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability While we use top-tier infrastructure, Desiredsite.com (Leading Grid LLC) is not liable for:
Loss of business, revenue, or data due to internet downtime or third-party hosting network issues.
Any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms periodically to reflect new features or legal requirements. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the latest version.
