How to fill it out:
- Answer each question in order; you’ll see your progress as you go.
- Be extra careful with spellings for domain names and email addresses.
- Upload logos and content files, the more you share, the better your site will reflect your brand.
- If you don’t have files ready, you can skip and continue.
- Once you submit the form, all your selections, especially domain names, will be treated as final and cannot be changed.
